I'm not getting reminders

Open Settings in Hereabouts. If you see a warning, tap Open notification settings to allow notifications. You get reminders to ask for lent things back, pack for trips, read your Sunday recap and check things monthly. Your iPhone limits how many reminders you can schedule at once. Open Hereabouts now and then to schedule the rest.

How do I move my things to a new iPhone?

Restore your iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup to bring Hereabouts with you. Or open Settings in Hereabouts, tap Take your notebook with you, then Back up everything. Choose which photos to include. On your new iPhone, go to the same screen and choose Restore from a backup. You'll replace the whole notebook on that iPhone. Anything already in it will be erased.

What are the Sunday recap and the Still there? check?

You get one recap on Sunday evenings. It covers what you added, what to ask for back this week and what you haven't checked lately. On the first Saturday each month, you can check a few things you haven't checked in a while. You can turn either off under Reminders in Settings.

I deleted something by mistake

Tap Undo right after you delete a thing. After that, you'll need a backup to restore it. To hide a thing and keep its history, archive it.

Restoring Pro

Open Settings in Hereabouts. Tap Hereabouts Pro, then Restore purchases. You can share Lifetime Pro with your Family Sharing group.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings app. Tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Hereabouts Pro, then Cancel Subscription. Apple handles subscriptions. You cancel them here. You can still see, edit and export everything you've saved.

What does the free plan include?

You can save 15 things, 1 kit and 2 homes for free. Archived things don't count. You can always see, edit and export what you've saved. Pro removes the limits and adds automatic weekly backups to your own iCloud Drive.
